BEFORE YOU EAT

Prepare them in four simple steps

01โœ‚๏ธ

Cut fresh

For a living tray, use clean scissors and cut the stems above the growing medium. Do not eat the roots or growing medium.

02๐Ÿ’ง

Rinse gently

Place the cut greens in a clean colander and rinse briefly under cool drinking water.

03๐Ÿงบ

Dry carefully

Shake off excess water and pat gently with a clean kitchen towel. Avoid crushing the tender leaves.

04๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

Add at the end

Top your meal immediately before eating so the greens stay fresh, colourful and crisp.

HARVEST OR OPEN

Take only what you need

Cut a small portion from a live tray, or open a harvested pack and remove a clean handful. Keep the remaining greens dry and protected.

  • Use clean scissors or clean hands
  • Keep roots and growing medium out of the meal
  • Do not leave wet greens inside the pack

RINSE & DRY

Handle the leaves gently

Microgreens are tender. A quick rinse and gentle drying are enough before serving.

  • Use cool, clean water
  • Rinse only the amount you will eat
  • Serve soon after washing
